Hi All,

When A user Recall the message, that he sent to the user2, he can recall the message, when the user2 did not read that message.

But if the user2 read that message, this sender cannot able to recall that message, even after he Enable the option "Recall the message even if it has been read",

when he is trying to recall the user2 readed message he is getting the error as follows:"Status - Not Recalled; Details - Recall was not allowed"

Can anyone assist?
